StitchHobby tailoring, filmed after dark

Every piece on this site was cut and sewn by one person in the evenings. This is the reel so far. Scroll to roll.

Scene 2 · Int. workshop · night

Seven pieces came off the machine so far.

Each one gets a photo on a mannequin or on me, a note on the fabric, and a line about what went wrong. The posters below are the ones that made the cut. The empty ones are still at the ironing board.

Who's behind the mask

Hi. I'm the one at the machine. By day I do something else entirely. In the evenings I cut, pin and sew in a small room that has far too much fabric in it.

It started with a torn pair of jeans a few years ago. I fixed them, badly, and liked it enough to keep going. Now most of what I wear started as a flat piece of cloth on that table.

Nothing here is for sale. I put things up so friends can see them and so I keep finishing what I start.

Made by hand in a small room. There's nothing for sale here, I just like showing what I made.
